18 free Clip Studio Paint brushes
These are the brushes I use the most in Clip Studio Paint. They are extremely versatile. Render just about anything, from skin, clothing, backgrounds, and hair.
How I use them:
Creamy paint (hard) - skin, soft shading, hair
Creamy paint (soft) - skin, even softer shading, hair, blush, makeup
Detailer - eyelashes, eyebrows, strands of hair, lip gloss, sketching
Doodle - sketching, line art, eyelashes, small details
Dry brushes - anywhere that you might need texture
Fabric and clothing - use along with the creamy brushes to create hard and soft fabric folds
Flat oil - I use it mostly for rocks, but it's nice for a creating flat surfaces in your art
Fuzzy oil - I use it mostly for backgrounds, but it's nice for hair texture as well
Hard watercolor - great for blocking in solid color and adding hard details
Marker - favorite brush for adding short, hard edges and highlights. Doubles as a color mixer
Photoshop - basic brush for hard details, sketching, and line art. Draws quickly
Creamy blend - I use mostly on hair and clothing
Blur - basic brush for subtle blurring effect
Skin blend - my favorite blender. I use for everything, but I think it works best on skin
